This varies for everyone depending on past experience, but official GOV.UK Learning to Drive Guidance states that the average UK learner requires roughly 45 hours of professional tuition. Our discounted 10-hour block bookings are designed to help you save money across your full training journey.

Please note that our rates cover professional car tuition only; official exam fees must be paid separately via the GOV.UK Driving Test Cost Portal.

We aim to make paying for your driving lessons as easy as possible. We accept the following payment methods:

💳 Debit and Credit Cards: You can pay quickly and securely using your card.

💵 Cash: Cash payments can be made directly to your instructor at the start of your lesson.

✍️ Cheques: Must be made out correctly and cleared in advance of your lesson(s).

Whether you prefer to pay as you go or book a block of lessons, just let your instructor know which method works best for you!

If you need to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson, you must give at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation charges. This gives us enough time to offer the slot to another learner driver who might be waiting for a space.

Our cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 48 hours’ notice: no charge
Between 24 and 48 hours’ notice: £10 cancellation fee
Less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend: the full lesson fee is payable.

Because it is very difficult to fill a slot at short notice, lessons cancelled within the 48-hour window will unfortunately incur a charge of £10. Moreover, if the cancellation is on the actual lesson day, you will be charged at the normal hourly rate. Similarly, if you have paid for a 10-hour block booking, the missed hour will simply be deducted from your remaining balance.
